Field trips to cultural sites around the Valley, stopping for lunch at an interesting venue before returning home or an occasional overnight trip to other areas of AZ.  

Tuesday, March 28,  11:00 am  Wrigley Mansion Tour and Lunch at  Geordie’s Restaurant

Join with other Branch members to take a private tour of the Wrigley Mansion. Built in 1929 by William Wrigley, Jr. this sprawling Italianate mansion offers a rich history of the time period, and wonderful views of Phoenix. Lunch will follow at Geordie’s Restaurant.

We will meet at the parking lot of the Education Center (Riggs and Alma School) at 9:45 am to carpool to the location.  More details will follow.    A sign up sheet will be available at the March 20 Branch Meeting.   Reservations required by March 21, 2017.

MAH JONGG  2019-2020

Chairs:  Barbara St. Peter & Madeleine Lutz

Beginning in November, the  group meets at Palo Verde Country Club on the 4th Monday at 11:30 for lunch; Mah Jongg at 1:00 pm.  An optional voluntary donation of three dollars is collected at each session.  Bring your mah jongg set and RSVP to Barbara St. Peter.  (Those interested in playing in May, September and October should contact Madeleine Lutz.)  

NOTE:    The May meeting will be on Monday, May 20 to avoid Memorial Day.
