New AAUW Research:  

Solving the Equation:  The Variables for Women’s Success in Engineering & Computing

AAUW’s latest research report on women in STEM,Solving the Equation: The Variables for Women’s Success in Engineering and Computing, was released on March 26, 2015, with an event and panel discussion at Samsung’s new research headquarters in Silicon Valley.  Newspapers across the country (including USA Today/The Arizona Republic, 3/27/15) gave the good press to the report and the “dangers of the gender gap in technology…Research shows that diversity in the workforce sparks productivity and innovation…  It’s also critical for women to gain more access to one of the nation’s highest-paying careers in one of the economy’s fastest-growing sectors.”
