Branch Leaders

The Board of Directors, composed of elected officers, and the immediate past president, and standing committee chairs, manages and supervises the business and activities of the branch, subject to the instructions of the annual meeting.

Board meetings are open to any member of the branch. The annual meeting is held in March for electing officers and delegates, receiving reports and amending the bylaws. All branch members may vote at the annual meeting.
