Arizona’s Suffragettes Behind the Vote

2020 marked the centennial of the 19th Amendment
giving women the right to vote. We hosted a full ballroom of people interested in discovering the Arizona suffragettes who were ahead of their time to make it happen in our state at
“Celebrate 100: Women’s Right to Vote,”
a community dinner hosted by the
Southeast Valley (AZ) Branch of the American Association of University Women
