Summer Lunch Bunch  2019

Group will meet once a month during the summer months on various days .  Members will take turns selecting restaurants and organizing the group.  Meet at restaurant at 11:30 unless otherwise noted. Contact Donna Haugland if you wish to be added to the email list.     Call designated hostess to be included in reservation.

Summer Singles

Summer Singles 2019  

Designed for AAUW  single members as a vehicle to get to know each other to have a friend to go to the movies, the theater, a sporting event, travel.

Singles will continue to meet through the summer months on 4th Thursday of the month  at 5:30 p.m. at the chosen restaurant for dinner and conversation. Hostess and choice of restaurant changes each month.    If you are a single AAUW member, plan to join us.   Contact  Eileen Shapiro, Coordinator if interested in participating and wish to be added to the email list.

Summer Mah Jongg

Summer Mah Jongg 2019

The Summer Mah Jongg group will play on the fourth MONDAY, May through October. Meet at Palo Verde Country Club for lunch at 11:45 a.m. (if you choose).  Mah Jongg begins at 1:00 p.m.   Plan on bringing your MJ set so that we have enough to cover the group.  Cottonwood & Palo Verde residents are asked to bring you homeowner IDs.  Contact Madeleine Lutz if you will playing  and if you want a lunch reservation.

Note:  Date change to Monday May 20 to avoid Memorial Day

An AAUW Summer Book Club will meet in June, July, and August on the second Monday of the month.   We realize that members may be in and out  of town during the summer, but are asked to come attend when available.  All members are welcome to participate.     Contact Madeleine Lutz to be added to the email list or for directions.      All meetings begin at 2:00.    We hope you can join us!
